The Center for a New American Security, in partnership with the U.S. Army War College (AWC), hosted a panel examining the implications of the current fiscal and strategic environment on the Army's ability to respond to national priorities.  This panel is part of the AWC's annual Strategy Conference, which this year will be distributed across several national security think tanks and cover a range of issues informing strategic choices for the next Administration.
