Research Areas
Emma Moore is a Research Assistant for the Military, Veterans, and Security Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).
Prior to joining CNAS, Emma served as Executive Assistant and Social Media Lead for Narrative Strategies, a coalition of scholars and military professionals working to combat violent extremism with strategic communication. Additionally, Emma worked as a Program Manager with ProVetus, a peer-mentoring organization helping service members transition into civilian life. She also interned at the US Naval War College's Center on Irregular Warfare and Armed Groups and Brown University's the Cost of War Project.
Emma earned a Master of Arts in War Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University. She speaks Spanish and French.
