Molly Parrish is a Research Assistant for the Defense Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).
Prior to joining CNAS, Ms. Parrish served as the Center Coordinator for the Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases at the University of Iowa. She coordinated the Great Plains Emerging Infectious Diseases annual conferences and participated in epidemiological research on canine leishmaniasis. She has been published in the American Society for Microbiology’s Infection and Immunity Journal for work on Leishmania major.
Ms. Parrish graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science, International Relations, and Global Health.
