Ariel Conn

Ariel Conn is the Director of Media and Outreach for the Future of Life Institute, where she leads collaborations with various organizations and oversees outreach and communication efforts. Her work covers a range of fields, including the safety of artificial intelligence (AI), AI policy, autonomous weapons, nuclear weapons, biotechnology, and climate change. She holds a B.A. in English, a B.S. in physics, and an M.S. in geophysics. She’s worked with NASA, the Idaho National Laboratory, the National Energy Technology Laboratory, MIT, and Virginia Tech.
