David Cruz-Glaudemans

David Cruz-Glaudemans is a Program Examiner within the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) National Security Division. His responsibilities include oversight for the Army’s Operation and Maintenance accounts, global security assistance programs, and DOD activities in the Middle East. From 2013 to 2014, Mr. Cruz-Glaudemans was a Director for Defense Policy and Strategy at the National Security Council. Prior to joining OMB, David worked at the Stimson Center, a Washington, D.C. think tank focused on international security issues. David holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland in Government and Politics and a M.A. from American University in U.S. Foreign Policy.
