Tom Arseneault

Tom Arseneault is chief operating officer of BAE Systems, Inc., a global, U.S.-based defense, aerospace, and security company with nearly 32,000 employees and generating approximately $10.0 billion in annual revenue.

As COO, Arseneault serves as deputy to president and CEO Jerry DeMuro and is responsible for driving operational performance and successfully delivering key business objectives across the enterprise. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of BAE Systems plc, on which he leads the Program Management Cross Enterprise Council and shares oversight of the global supply chain with plc CEO Charles Woodburn. In addition, he leads the BAE Systems, Inc Strategy and Corporate Development team.
