Bob Butler before the House Foreign Affairs Committee
Bob Butler, adjunct senior fellow for the CNAS Technology and National Security Program, testified for the House Committee on Foreign Affairs on the definitions, deterrence, and foreign policy related to cyber war. In his testimony, he concludes that the Committee should have a critical role by first requiring a comprehensive review of the USG International Strategy for Cyberspace.
