Dr. Dafna Rand before Senate Committee on Armed Services on U.S. Middle East Policy

Deputy Director of Studies Dr. Dafna Rand testified before the Senate Committee on Armed Services on U.S. Middle East Policy. Dr. Rand specifically examined the Middle East and North Africa, concluding that U.S. presence and leadership in the region is critical to managing and containing crises and preventing regional competition and disorder.
