Elizabeth Rosenberg before the House Subcommittee on Terrorism, Nonproliferation, and Trade
Elizabeth Rosenberg, senior fellow and director of the Energy, Economics, and Security Program at CNAS, will testify before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Subcommittee on Terrorism, Nonproliferation, and Trade on the crude oil export ban. In her prepared statements, Ms. Rosenberg explores the national security implications of a new oil export policy.
