Julianne Smith, senior fellow and director of the Strategy and Statecraft Program, testified before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations on the "strains" on the European Union and implications for U.S. foreign policy. Ms. Smith urges Congress to get the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) done and encourage the United Kingdom to remain a part of the European Union.
