Trump's administration reveals more on 'Space Force'

The US Vice-President Mike Pence has been advocating the White House plan for a sixth arm of the military: a space force. While military officials appear to be warming to the idea, the proposal has plenty of critics both here and overseas. CNAS's Paul Scharre spoke to ABC on the pitfalls of such a plan.
