After the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action: A Game Plan for the United States

Five experts from the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) have released a new report as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) agreed to by Iran and the P5+1 (China, France, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States) moves from negotiation to adoption. The authors of the report – Middle East Security Program Director Ilan Goldenberg, Energy, Economics, and Security Program Director Elizabeth Rosenberg, Adjunct Researcher Avner Golov, and Research Associates Nicholas Heras and Ellie Maruyama – lay out a comprehensive strategy and concrete recommendations for how the U.S. can maximize the opportunity presented by JCPOA.
