The 9/11 Decade
In the CNAS Commentary The 9/11 Decade, Senior Fellow Robert Kaplan states that when 9/11 occurred, the world had already become multiploar in a diplomatic and economic sense. With the 9/11 decade drawing to a close, Kaplan writes that the U.S. is now entering a militarily multipolar world as well.
